Car-X Tire & Auto

We were traveling to Green Bay from Illinois when, completely out of nowhere, our rotors started rubbing so badly that we knew we needed to get them checked immediately. We called Car-X and were able to get an appointment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Antonio was absolutely great—friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the entire process. He kept us updated and was very considerate of our wait time. We decided to replace all four rotors so we wouldn’t have the same issue on our way to our next destination or on the drive home. Our mechanic, got everything done within a very reasonable amount of time, and Antonio also made sure we received the coupon that was being offered online. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the entire team. Highly recommend Car-X, Antonio, and staff ! They took a stressful situation while traveling and made it as easy as possible, only downfall is the call center to get to the shop.. would recommend getting rid of that . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Antonio was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with my tire and had it fixed right away. The service was fast, efficient, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to explain the problem and get it resolved so quickly. Highly recommend this shop and especially Antonio for excellent customer service!

I had the great pleasure of using Car-X Tire and Auto for the first time this week. I always dread going to do anything for my car, however, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve personally ever had at an auto repair store. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, they fixed my issue with break lights extremely fast, and the price was far better than anticipated. They truly have earned a lifetime customer of myself and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I highly recommend Antonio and this shop! My car is a beater who was acting strange and needed an inspection ASAP. They got me in same day, Nic did a thorough and professional inspection, and Antonio helped explain what was wrong in laymen’s terms to me. They were very informative and helpful, even while knowing I wasn’t going to be a paying customer. Awesome honest work especially if you’re nervous regarding car work or the cost.

These guys really helped me when I was in a bind on a Sunday Morning. They helped me out and did a battery relearn, got my codes cleared and handled guidance before I was to make a several hour trek back home. Professional and Courteous. Some real pros working here, even on a Sunday
